Initial configuration - wifi setup #2

Add functionality some functionality that switches the pi into access point mode, then present the user with setup page that makes it possible to enter in wifi login credentials.

by access point mode do you mean to turn the pi into a wireless AP or to connect to a wireless AP? I'm assuming the latter

We want to turn the pi into a wireless AP so the user can connect to the pi via a smart phone to enter in wifi details of a network that it doesn't yet recognize. At the moment, if the pi recognizes a wifi network it will connect to it.
