Remove Pygments Dependency #2

Hey -

I'd like to include Mint to be embedded as part of a pure js application (hook.io)

Is there anyway we could remove this Python dependency from Mint? It breaks the seamless installation procedure of a pure JS app.

I haven't looked too deeply into any of the JavaScript syntax highlighting libs, but I'd definitely be open to the idea. It just needs to support lots of different languages and be pretty solid.

I know a few JS based code highlighters.

I gotta actually get Mint working and generating docs for me so I can closer inspect what the output actually looks like.

I just pushed up a copy of Mint's own docs in doc/api/mint.html. They're not finished yet, but you get the idea.
