Record whether measurements were performed after thermal equilibration #34

If boreholes are drilled using heat, and temperatures are measured before the borehole as cooled completely, the measurements will be too warm. Knowledge of whether measurements were made after equilibration could be integrated into the database.

The drilling method could be recorded with a column such as borehole.drill_method, whose value could be 'mechanical' (for which this is presumably not a concern?), 'thermal', or null (unknown). Thermal equilibration could be recorded in a column such as profile.equilibrated, whose value could be true (confirmed after equilibration), false (confirmed before equilibration), or null (unknown). Alternatives like tracking the wait time between drilling and measurement is likely difficult to populate from literature.
