Fix naming of PlotDigitizer files in Suter 2002 #52

The format is described as follows:

digitized temperature profiles are named {source_id}_{borehole_id}_{profile_id}.xml and internally use temperature and depth as axis names.

In sources/suter2002, the files are named e.g. data1.xml and use temp instead of temperature as axis name.
