Converts the source table into a detailed bibliography. The integer id is replaced with a bibliographic key (e.g. agassiz1847), used in borehole.notes, and used as names of the sources/* directories. Data submissions are treated as personal communications and their files added to corresponding sources directories. Column source.contributor is moved to borehole.curator.
