Wondering shall I upload a screen shoot or it will spoil the fun for others. Or can we share just small hints but which hint is small enough.
Here my small hint: My best tower inflicted 55.1G damage.

I think it's impossible to beat flyers at this level (142). I had almost all towers (all maxed, except 2 first lasers, with 14) pointing to first/weakest and I needed approximately half of the circuit to beat one of them. It's crazy. I've finished with -19 lives, and started level with 3, that's 22 lives spent on this, I have no idea on what to do to beat it.

Now optimized for fliers: map: original score: 12.194.827 wave: 144 Damage-dealers: 22 maxed out machine guns, 1 maxed out rocket launcher, some glue towers, glue guns and teleporters. Still died to fliers... -15 (rest of the wave was killed)

All towers are at level 15 All the towers on the top part are shooting first target The ones at bottom are targeting weakest
It's always the pentagons on 142-144. Only way I've found to get past 144 is by spamming the next wave button.
I could beat level 162 - though with 0 lives left - and died at level 163 on "The Original" map. However, I only got 9,318,174 points. My highscore is 12,366,539 - when I died at level 142. Strange...
I did this by constantly pressing "next wave" up to about level 120-130.

I tried again. This time I constantly pressed the "next wave"-button up to level 150. That was easier than stealing candy from a baby.
However, once you stopped, you can't start that way again.
The score is incredibly low...

You build bullet towers, glue towers and one explosive tower - you do not need lasers. You should be able to get past level 100 or even level 140. Try to build something similar to thierrytiti's setup.
To get past level 142 you have to start each next wave as soon as possible und slow the enemies with glue towers. Place your first bullet towers near the end of the enemies path. That way you will have thousands of enemies "in the pipeline". The trick is, that enemies do not get stronger by wave number but by the amount of credits earned from killing enemies. So killing them late and starting waves early will make them weaker and give you bonus credits.

So damage per credit is best for maxed out machine guns. It's better to enhance a machine gun than to build a new one. However, credits spend on enhancing a tower before upgrading it are wasted.
You will also need glue towers and a rocket launcher to kill the blobs.
Pressing the "Next Wave" button continuously will keep the enemies weak and help you reach higher levels. You will not need a lot of towers to reach levels past 150:

Extra trick: When you have unspend credits you can (1) start the next wave, (2) build a rocket launcher, (3) wait while the rocket launcher penetrates the enemies, (4) sell the rocket launcher before killing the wave. That way you can avoid to buy a second rocket launcher. You will loose some credits by buying and selling it, but not that much.
It may require some practice but I'm sure you can beat higher levels on map Civyshk 2Y than level 100...

Actually i got a challenge to pass at least 100 waves in the "Civyshk 2Y".But everytime i defeated by the cause i mentioned above. Can you please help me one more time by answering two questions? If you have enough time please help my by answering the questions.I have to win the challenge as soon as possible. 1.Is it better to upgrade or enhance towers rather than placing some more towers in the map? If yes then how much or what types of tower should i start with and when to place more in the Civyshk 2Y map? 2.And is it help to pass more and more level by pressing the next wave button continuously?

Jeez I didn't notice this thread before. There is something BIGTIME wrong with the balance if just heaps of glue towers and machine guns get one to these levels. These snapshots of the weapon configurations for such high levels are unbelievable --but then I've always know the machineguns were the best bang for the buck and the rockets, and especially the lasers, tho powerful, were hugely overpriced for their hit.
I always have placed the prime kill zone at the start and slowly extended it to the end as the credits allowed, excepting an early beefing up at the very end to wipe out, hopefully, anything that made it that far. And I only start the next wave when I am sure the current one will be creamed. These who have gotten beyond level 112+/- seem to say to arm from the end, stick with glue towers and totally maxed-out machineguns, and also, start a new wave ASAP because the enemies come on weakened. --And I never, ever have maxed out any of the final upgrades to the ultimate 15 because I figured the cost wasn't worth the increased hit. ...I also never got to such high levels.

after some waves called in early, then upgrading / enhancing everything(!) to the max and setting the attack strategy individially for each level, I think, I kind of maxed out the game, at least this my best for now
oh, and playing with buying/selling the third teleporter at the end...

Ah, I see, there was an updated version of the game. Lasers are now slowing down the flyers. I am pretty sure that the game isn't maxed out yet...
I think I've maxed out the original map. Healers are so powerful at this stage that can heal damage from ~8-9 towers at once. I was only able to kill 10 healers out of 60 at this stage.
Ok I'm here to claim the wave high score. I scored this on 2021-12-28 (during my Christmas holiday).
Map: The Original Wave: 255 Score: 7,592,211 (don't look at this) Credits: 5317k Final Lives: -2837 Highest Inflicted, rocket: 256G Highest Inflicted, laser: 89.6G Highest Inflicted, bullet: 5423M
This game needs a pause, because the real limit is how fast you can spend your credits. I played on normal speed and was unable to upgrade all of my towers because I simply could not do it fast enough. Also at a certain point you earn credits faster than you can spend them. I understand the dev doesn't want people pausing to move towers from the start to the end when an enemy is about to escape, but that wouldn't be exploitable for getting a high score anyway. Maybe only let us upgrade towers during the pause. It also would allow us to pause and think while looking at the game. If you're wondering, all of the tier 2 lasers are to stun fliers as often as possible. Basically glue for fliers. When stacking glue, there is no additional gain after 4 glue towers per spot, or 3 glue guns per spot. Also, there's a really annoying bug where towers will continue to target enemies for a short period of time after they've been teleported out of their range. It allows towers to fire at and damage enemies outside of their max range. The red 1 on my glue gun is also a bug, pretty sure it was level 5. The 1 got stuck and would overlap the 5 when I displayed the correct level.
