bigger buttons, confirm before sell, more speed #164

I am using 10" tablet. Towers on the map are double size compared to tower (purchase) buttons in the toolbar. There is enough space for bigger toolbar (tower buttons, menu, 1x, next wave) and bigger info line (credits, bonus, lives, wave).

I clicked "sell" by mistake. Big fingers or hurry. I would like a confirmation "yes/no" before sell. Or "press and hold" the tower for "sell" menu.

The button "1x/4x" is very near "next wave" button. I am always afraid when I click it. Also waves 120+ (map "the original") takes too much time. Button "12x" could be useful. Speed buttons could be under the menu. Or swipe gestures could be used: left to right to increase speed, right to left to decrease speed.

One last, cosmetic, minor thing: I press the "menu" button to "pause" the game. When I open the notifications with swipe gesture from top to bottom (Android 7) then the menu disappear and the game continue in background.

If a Sell confirmation is added, please make it optional so it isn't a nag to those who don't want it.

More speed setting would be great. I dont know if some fixed values (1/4/8) are okay, to cycle through. (If you want to go to 1x from 4x you need to go over 8x?) Also compare to pull request #162.

The fast forwarding is now configurable in v0.6 und goes up to x32 speed.
