credit the sell+build+upgrade - just_upgrade difference on upgrade #170

Hello,

if I have a fully enhanced level 2 turret and I want to upgrade it to level 3, it may be worth 10k to sell. If I click on upgrade, I get a basic level 3 turret. If I sell it, build a new turret for 100, and upgrade it to level 2 for 5600, then upgrade it to level 3, I get the same basic level 3 turrent, plus an extra 4300 credits to spare.

It's quite tedious however to do the math each time, and then do the sell, buy, upgrade, reset the strategy and all that; I'd like it if the game could compute the difference automatically, and either discount it from the upgrade cost, or credit it after the upgrade

Another good idea I too was wondering about -- automation of the credit if there is salvage value left to a tower being upgraded a level. I don't see the downside of effecting it automatically and if calculated and applied in the background then perhaps the user interfeace, controls and menus would not need modification, which I imagine could be a big PITA. --Perhaps there could be unintended consequences between this automatic sale and the displayed option to sell ?
