When formatting is stripped, inxi output is difficult to read

I removed the template as it doesn't apply here.

If channel is mode +c or strips formatting for other reason, inxi output is 
difficult to read. I was complained about this with weather.

The issue is that the parts that are usually coloured cannot be separated from 
other text and this also affects pasting to web etc. Could it be possible to 
put asterisks around the text like the following (I am not sure if this helps 
at all though):
