Are there any plans to add F1 series support in the near future?

Nope. You certainly are welcome to do so and PRs are welcome.

Adding F0 support was not too bad. See https://github.com/mjbots/rules_mbed/commit/1f7fa6bd1ceca61453275370368847ad4f0b6f75
