Class/Caster Level Revision #12

Revise the way class/caster levels are done in the Character Sheet. Combine them and only show the relevant (non-zero) stats. Spell failure could probably be there as well.

This really should fall into a category of "more character sheet improvements" like hiding values that are only used for app implementation purposes.
