Are there any other keybindings? These are the only ones I know of. :)

Thanks for taking a look. I'd prefer linking to VS Code's markdown preview documentation instead ( https://code.visualstudio.com/Docs/languages/markdown#_markdown-preview) as this extension does not contribute these keybindings. The VS Code website also shows platform specific keybindings
