Add "Copy Task to New Task" (Shift+Command+C) action

Add "Copy Task to New Task" action from Todotxt.net.

Purpose

• Copy the selected task to the task edit box, to copy a task and edit it with fewer keystrokes than are currently necessary.

Trigger

• Menu item clicked or keyboard shortcut Shift+Command+C.

Condition

• Only available if only one task is selected in the task list.

Action

• Copies the selected task to the new task edit text box.
