Unblocking ZeroTier on Windows 10 - mje.nz

I don't understand why no-one else seems to have this problem: when I set up ZeroTier One on a Windows 10 machine, everything looks fine but things don't work seemingly at random. Outbound connections are fine, and inbound FTP and a few other services work, but I can't ping it or use SMB!

Few people do this file sharing by SMB over Zerotier!

For simplistic, I disabled all firewall fuctions for all PCs and devices. I success between iOS phone and Win10 PC but not Win10 to Win10.

I changed the Workgroup name of Win10 SMB client to the same with another Win 10 PC but without success..

Win10 maybe should prompt me enter the Workgroup name!
