During each batch, the staff read through the list of niceties for each person, and select one to be read out loud during the never graduate ceremony. It would be nice to have a specific admin view to make that easier.
This view should:
filter out niceties which the author does not want read; either show it grayed out, or hide it entirely, or maybe switch between them
have a radio button for the niceties for each recurser, so that staff can select one and only one
go to a printable view after selections are made, showing the one selected nicety for each recurser, so that the staff can prepare for the ceremony
