Enhancements #75

Some minor enhancements I have hanging around:

renaming backend/api.py/post_edited_niceties to get_admin_niceties, since it's a GET
adding a filter so newlines are preserved in the Printable Niceties and Niceties by Sender view
un-nesting the calls to load various pieces of data on pageload, to allow them to occur in parallel
