z-reset all the things! #82

yeah. now all the people with skill level: asian can play our game until the score overflows.

included are smaller refactorings, e.g. I moved some physics stuff from mammut and cuboid to PhysicsObject because it made sense and made things easier.

fixes #58.

z-resetting every 800 units revealed some problems, which i fixed in the last commit. this should be good to go, please review.
