new version 1.18 #13

version 1.18-RC1 has been released (https://mupdf.com/release_history.html).

MuJS-1.0.9 seems also to be released.

copr buils are up for testing I will probably try and include the new python and c++-bindings in the next minor version. We bundle mujs but you are right the I have to adjust the version in the spec.
