Add support for SP4L-UK 0xA569 #677

Context

I have a batch of SP4L-UK devices that enumerate as 0xA569, which is unknown to python-broadlink. Functionality is the same as other SP4L-UK devices.

Proposed change

Added 0xA569 as another SP4l-UK ID.
