This PR renames the "Augmented" transforms to use "Expanded" instead, following the new nomenclature in the paper ("parameter expansion" is already an established term for what these transforms are doing).
Note that the PR doesn't rename any of the results files already committed or modify any of the analysis code that might refer to the transforms.
