Add standalone master record #10

Don't let the branch name fool you. It will not add a standalone master.cf record, but improve the config::mastercf define by adding a parameter to add separate options.

This will not really change the functionality, as you could have added the options via the command line before, but this way the manifest file stays easier read, especially if you have a lot options on you master entries like me.

sounds good. I think maybe rebasing this commit would fix the test issues.

Yes, rebasing did the trick. Which I do not fully understand, as my master currently fails.

But no matter: it works, would you please pull and merge it.
