Add a FastAPI demo project with observability #131

This demo project is enable observability for FastAPI application. Three pillars of observability, traces, metrics, logs cloud be observed on Grafana.

Thanks for the PR. Unfortunately, I tend to only projects that are at least a year old and are consistently being updated. Please open this PR again in June 2023.
