DB - MongoDB Graphql - strawberry-graphql And FastAPI.

It consists of various variations of queries, mutations, types, and models for further reference and easy coding.

Thanks for the PR. Unfortunately, I tend to only add projects that are at least a year old and are consistently being updated. Please open this PR again in January 2024.
