add new item - "pydantic-resolve" #151

it's a useful tool to declare nested pydantic objects and resolve it. and can easily integrated with aiodataloader.

Thanks for the PR. Unfortunately, I tend to only add projects that are at least a year old and are consistently being updated. Please open this PR again in March 2024.
