track point intervals #413

a suggestion.
In the settings for how often to log a point you have distance and time 
interval. I'd add direction change.
For example. Take a point every minute from the last point or every 1000 feet 
from the last point or every time my direction of travel changes by 25 degrees. 
If I were walking in a straight line idea get a point every minute. If I were 
driving in a straight line is get a point every 1000 ft. And if i was going 
around in circles id get points way more often.

All those user defined with 0 meaning ignore setting.
