Master has been frozen for a very long time to preserve the "original" SkeletonGame ways to do things. Changes and tutorials on skeletongame.com are all written for dev branch. Now that two commercial games are using the dev branch of SkeletonGame as the groundwork for their games... Seems an appropriate time to pull off the Band-Aid.

Fixes a bug in auto plunge code. also adds, the game's ability to customize autoplunge_settle_time (the amount of time a ball needs to be idle in the shooter lane before autoplunging). In __init__(), before the call to super, set self.autoplunge_settle_time=.8 to wait 800ms, for example
Adds start button flashing automatically in attract mode (tag a lamp start_button); makes voice sounds automatically use the new queuing logic (so voice samples don't step on each other); fixes a long standing logger bug for enabling/disabling flippers
adjusts the new num_balls_requested() trough method to return an accurate number of balls that are live plus pending launch
Reset ensures the flippers are off -- evt_ball_starting turns them on by default. This allows a game that is START-held reset to not have enabled flippers in attract. Added ball save logging message
- Asset Manager now supports voice tags on sound effects in asset_list.yaml voice: True to treat a sound effect like a voice (if another voice is playing, playback is queued). By default everything in the voices category is treated as a voice.
fixes shoot_again and start_lamp tags not being found properly
fixes a bug for an evt_ respondent that returns a tuple (, ) that indicates it needs no time (e.g., 0). Also, return -1 in that tuple to block propagation/completion until you the respondent calls self.force_event_next()
- restores the ability to respond to an evt_ with -1 (or a tuple with time=-1) as a way of saying, I will indicate the completion of this event (and notify the next mode) on my own (via self.force_event_next())

made ball search a config.yaml configurable value. Use default_modes:ball_search_delay: <sec> to adjust (default is 30s)
This probably fixes auto plunge issues in multiball ejecting the next ball too early.
Adds more customization to trough: in your game's __init__() try: self.trough_settle_time = <num seconds> to extend the amount of settle time before the trough tries to count balls (this must be done before the call to super)
Tilt will no longer crash the game; you should tag switches tilt_visible if you want them to be seen while tilt is active.

Fixes an issue that prevented volume events from occuring until after ball ending/game reset event, and also prevented adding a player while the bonus sequence was playing.
Fixes a bug that tied up the event queue if entering service mode during event processing (e.g., enter service mode during end of ball/game and on exit, game logic would not resume properly)
