I'm working on the dmd branch of SkeletonGameDMD and I'm creating dummy branches as checkpoints for the pull requests.

fix keyboard mapping for flipper switches in EmptyGame to match JD since the machine yaml is JD.yaml
use factory method to create SwitchMonitor and BallSearch to help subclasses create their own instances
fix generate_highscore_frames arguments
allow no scores for a high score category
