Take Z-ordering into account for windows proximity

Adds Z-ordering as a small contributor to the score, so that windows with exactly similar scores differ by 1 depending on their stacking order (with topmost getting the smallest bonus, since the score is inversely proportional to proximity)

Fix for #551.
