Just wanted to report, I was getting persistent errors despite deleting/reinstalling, reinstalling deps, etc:
/usr/local/share/lua/5.3/mjolnir/bg/grid.lua:53: attempt to index a nil value (local 'win')
Resolved by removing from privacy->accessibility and re-adding. Looks like os x is remembering the name of the application after upgrades, but rescinding some subset of the accessibility privileges granted.
