Bootstrap default cards break and scale exactly how I want them to, but the buttons don't work after adding tilt effect. Rather than fixing the buttons, I'm opting for the WP Cover blocks because they look cleaner and the whole block can be an <a> tag.
WP Cover blocks will likely need to be nested within Bootstrap containers in order to scale and break correctly
