From time to time we get questions around how SCONEPRO relates to L4S and whether ECN/L4S can be used instead of some new protocol.
The short answer to this is that L4S and SCONEPRO are separate mechanisms motivated by fundamentally different problems and that these mechanisms can coexist freely.
Is there any value in documenting this in more detail somewhere?
