Add report of RDF mappings #30

Some repository admins might want to see the configured field -> RDF property mappings. https://api.drupal.org/api/drupal/core%21modules%21rdf%21rdf.module/function/rdf_get_mapping/9.0.x and https://api.drupal.org/api/drupal/core%21modules%21rdf%21rdf.module/function/rdf_get_namespaces/9.0.x can produce these mappings.

This report should be presented as a table.

CSV download is not yet working for this report.

Closing, will open new issues for CSV download since it's a more general problem for non-Chart.js reports.
