Provide separate configurations for "trying it out" using sample data and for using it with Islandora #24

Now that Islandora Riprap can use live data from Riprap, we should provide two versions of config/services.yaml, one for the sample data and one for Islandora. A third one could be for the filesystem plugins.

As of 75e0d6f1b6b1196ea2a605849505f3ef93a3eac8, there is a configuration file specific to a group of plugins:

services.yaml.mockfedorarepository
services.yaml.filesystemexample
services.yaml.islandora

Each one needs some more testing, plus the README should be updated to describe how to use each configuration.
