Align with Observability 2.0 #33

There's a lot of great conversation going on around the Observability 2.0 space which has some similarly aligned goals to this project and a handful of other things I've been ideating on. I have a blog post where I started to talk about the overlap between this project and some of the work being discussed in the O2 landscape.

I thought a little bit about this, and I actually think I'm OK leaving this aside for the time being. There is some overlap yes, but I view this work as a bit larger in scope.
