Incorporate Nixtla TimeGPT #41

Haven't done much digging into this, but this is an open AI model for doing anomaly detection. Part of me wonders if it's something we could plug into ClickHouse and start getting some immediate insights in Grafana... Need to investigate a whole lot more.

Gross it looks like it depends on an external API that needs an API key... kinda like how ChatGPT works... maybe never mind on this... at least for now.
