NIPS should be easy, because it's so well organized.

Unfortunately, I can't seem to find consolidated bibliographies.
ICML also looks easy. For each of the volume links on this page, add bibliography.bib
.
Found this which is helpful: https://github.com/meyerd/nips-grab
The PMLR page should be easy to parse. But note that it includes only a limited number of ICML conferences (this year the 35th ICML will take place).
This works now. But NIPS 2017 has for example hundreds of entries which takes quite a while (and a lot of queries) to download. I put in a request to see if there are consolidated bibliographies somewhere. I'd like to avoid building our own since then they're not official and we won't see any changes made on the official site.
ICML done starting at 2013 (from http://proceedings.mlr.press/).
LREC seems to be nicely listed here:
Not consolidated, unfortunately. I think this is a setting where we'd need to manually build the consolidated file for each year and have the download URL be the raw file in the repo.
LREC is part of the anthology (as a non-ACL event).
hmm, missing 2016 though
