Previously it was found that particles were leaking through the cryoedm geometry, particularly at the intersection of two volumes, eg: the electrode hole segments.
A work around was roughly put in place where I manually adjusted the problem volumes' positions by ~1mm to stop leaking particles -- see for example the cryoedm volume, centralelectrode. Its X-displacement had to be shifted by 1mm so it overlapped very slightly with the neutral cell, in order to stop particles leaking.
These volumes need to be put back into their proper positions and to instead fix the root cause of the bug.
