Could we remove OutputFile and InputRunName from run.cfg? #17

OutputFile is not necessary - all output data files could just use a standard naming convention, eg: data_runname_run1.root

InputRunName I believe is just a holdover from when I wrote the whole run object to file.

InputRunName is indeed no longer needed. For now, we will leave OutputFile as this can be useful in batch runs. Closed by b92539bbb5123f71ae9d29af75ddfd512fabf848
