Currently, because we sample the field in the middle of a Particle::Move step, the field and spin reporters will often report the field and spin very slightly off the requested time (eg: if they are supposed to measure every second, they will measure say 0.01s before they are supposed to). Thus may be unimportant, but if the spin step size is set too large, it could become a problem.
