getting error during download : manifest file is not proper #141

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.enter url 
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/advanced-rest-client/hgmloofddffdnphfg
cellkdfbfbjeloo
2. download completes 
3. pop comes on left cornet stating "manifest file is not proper"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
installation should happen successfully

On what operating system?
Windows 7
