Not able to add Advanced Rest Client to chrome-Showstopper #144

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Goto chrome webstore 
2.Search for Advanced Rest Client
3.Click on Add to chrome

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Advanced Rest Client should be added,Instead window with error message is 
popping up saying'There was a problem adding item to the chrome.Please refresh 
the page and try again'.
Nothing is happening even after multiple reloads

On what operating system? Windows7

Please provide any additional information below.

I don't think is an issue with the application. It's looks like Chrome Web 
Store issue and I can't do anything with it.

Tries to add in chrome version 19 and 21.
