SHould be able to create new empty request #213

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go to Request
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should be a button that says "create new" or something like that. Right now, it 
shows the last run request. When editing it, you can't tell if it's going to 
update that request, or not.

On what operating system, browser and browser version?
Chrome 30.0.1599.101 on Windows 7 pro 64 bit

Please provide any additional information below.
I guess this is more of a feature request than an issue. I think it's probably 
really easy to implement, and would be a great deal of help !

There is a "clear" button next to "send" which purpose is to create new request.
