"Clear" is too easily confused with "Send"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Fill out any request details
2. Accidentally click "Clear" instead of "Send"
3. Cringe

This is one of the "ejector seat button next to seat heater button" situations 
that should be avoided in UI design.

The "Clear" button is way too prominent and too easy to hit unintentionally.

Possible solutions
- Make the "Send" button very bright & colorful, the "Clear" button small and 
grey.
- Add a "Really clear everything?" question to the "Clear" button.
- Move the "Clear" button to a different location. Conceptionally "Clear" is 
not on eye level with "Send", they are as diametrically different as it gets. 
They should not be right next to each other.
