Request header 'Referer' can't be overridden #235

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Choose 'POST'
2.Add header 'Referer' in the 'headers' section 
3.Send the request

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The 'Referer' in the request headers should be overridden. But actually not, no 
'Referer' in the request headers.

On what operating system, browser and browser version?
Win7, Chrome 31.0.1650.63 m
