Advanced REST client plugin cannot be installed. #266

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I live in a environment which has Chrome : 35.0.1916.153
2. Trying to Install Advanced REST client
3.When adding it, only a part of the extension file get downloaded with .crx , 
followed by an error "download was not a valid extension or user script"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Plug-in should have been installed

On what operating system, browser and browser version?
Win 7 image system + Chrome : 35.0.1916.153

Please provide any additional information below.
