What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.The app isnt in my apps list anymore
2. Goto chrome store try to reinstall the now 'Free'  app?  It was previously 
istalled
3.  Error:

An error has occurred
There was a problem adding the item to Chrome. Please refresh the page and try 
again.
RELOAD
CLOSE

Ive even re-booted.  It's been working for months.  Something has changed.

On what operating system, browser and browser version?
Windows 8.1 on Surface Pro 3.. .Its been working on 8.1 Update fine since it 
was released.

Please provide any additional information below.

***FIXED*** (By me)   NO WORD FROM THE DEV ON THIS ONE!!  N-E-way...  If you 
have your chrome tied to a gmail account then do this... 1.) Uninstall Chrome 
all together from your machine. (If you already closed the windows look in task 
manager and end any other Google processes) 2.) Download the newest version 
from google's chrome official site 3.) Your widget should be in the apps list 
and clicking it [for me at least] brought back all my saved urls. Good Luck.

i also have exact issue. but i don't want to uninstall my chrome. would be good 
if a new version could fix this.

more info: my chrome is 64 bit on 64 bit windows 7. and it just stop working 
recently i think after chrome is updated to Version 39.0.2171.27 beta-m (64-bit)

at the same time it is still working on my laptop with this 64 bit chrome 
version: 38.0.2125.101

Mine is broken also and I'm on Mac OS.

I have tha same problem, i'm using OSX Yosemite (10.10) and chrome beta 
39.0.2171.42 (64Bits)
