Could not send SOAP request over HTTPS connection #286

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Set URL to https://<URL>:<Port Number>/
2. Select POST action
3. Headers box has empty value
4. Put SOAP request in the Payload
BTW: This works in other apps like Postman and DHC, but fails for Advanced Rest 
Client Application

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
SOAP 200 OK

On what operating system, browser and browser version?
Windows 7, Google Chrome Version 38.0.2125.111 m

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm trying to send a POST request to a SOAP service in my VM.
HTTP requests work fine using this app, but I could not send *HTTPS* requests.

SOAP response might help.
