Chrome plugin disappeared and can not reinstall #290

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install the Chrome 38
2. Install the RestClient
3. Update the Chrome to 39 version

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
RestClient have disappeared from installed apps and can't reinstall

On what operating system, browser and browser version?
Windows 7 x64, Chrome 39

Please provide any additional information below.
You have many requests for this problem on your page in the Chrome Store

Verified same outcome on Ubuntu 14.04 x64, same major versions of Chrome.

I'm having the same problem.  Chrome updated, now it's gone.

It shouldn't matter, but on Mac OSX 10.9.4

Same problem here:
Windows 8.1, Chrome 39.0.2171.65 m (64-bit)

Same for me on Yosemite. Probably the application was not ready for 64bits 
(chrome update 39)

No, I've been using Chrome 64bit since it was release a while ago.
Advanced Rest Client did work well - since today.

Same problem here!  Chrome automatically updated to 39 and all hell broke lose.
