hello I have a suggestion for you would be to download fanart from wiiflow that 
are located on http://www.wiifanart.com/

No, we will not implement downloading fanart. The reason is that you can have 
multiple fanarts for one game, or even multiple versions. It would be a hell of 
a job to implement that. 

If you want fanart for a game, you should get them manually.

there is someone who is working on a pc app to DL one fanart for each game you 
haave if it is available.  In the furture this person and myself may work on a 
wii app which is seperate from wiiflow to do some things like this.
