Adding of game ratings/scores/reviews #375

My appologies if this has been requested before...

There are some nifty sites on the web aggregating review scores of games. It 
would be awsome if ratings like those of metacritic could be downloaded for the 
games. Otherwise I personal rating would be easier to do I gues, but awsome and 
handy non the less.

I dont think this is going to be implemented, unless this somehow could be 
integrated with wiitdb, because we already have info and synopsys with a game...

Though I like the idea, we cannot implement scores like those on metacritic. 
Metacritic has no default method of retrieving those scores (like GAMEID). 
Also, adding custom ratings is not planned.
